If you’re here, something already tugged at you. Maybe a friend mentioned it. Maybe you came across a post. Maybe your body whispered “yes” before your mind caught up.
This space is just to give you a feel for what we do, what a session is like, and what actually happens in the body when we breathe this way, without overthinking it or making it complicated.
Breathwork Embodied is a guided, music-driven breathing practice that helps your nervous system settle, your emotions move, and your awareness open up. It’s somatic, which basically means we’re working with the body, not trying to analyze everything from the neck up.
I’m a certified breathwork facilitator with a background in respiratory therapy, so the work is rooted in both science and lived experience. We use breath intentionally to shift CO₂ levels, blood chemistry, and oxygen delivery, creating the internal environment where the body can release, feel, and naturally recalibrate the nervous system.
WHAT A SESSIONS FEELS LIKE
We usually start by grounding and setting intention, often with a little cacao to help you drop in. From there, you’re guided through a longer breathing journey with curated music.
Everyone experiences it differently. Some people feel relaxed, emotional, tingly, open, clear. Some have imagery or insight. Some just feel more present afterward.
There’s no “right” way to do this. Your body will give you exactly what it’s ready for.
No experience needed. No pressure. Your breath will take it from here.
